The current real estate market is right for explosive opportunity. We buy houses anywhere from well below market value to full market value. This is a buyer’s market right now and the prices are below what they should be so we have plenty of houses out there to choose from. We target different segments of the market. We target below median price areas for wholesale. We target median price range for buy and holds and retail and we target all market for short sale opportunities (pre-foreclosure)
Financial Considerations
Expenses and funding required are modest. They include expenses and the rest in cash needed to support operations until revenues reach an acceptable level. Most of the company's liabilities will come from outside private investors and management investment.
The company expects to reach profitability in the first year and does not anticipate any serious cash flow problems. We conservatively believe that during the first three years, average profitability per month per segment will be adequate. We expect that about one 4 per month will guarantee a break-even point.
